Minister inspects grouting
Planning Minister Rob Stokes was in Honeysuckle last week to inspect progress on the mine subsidence grouting project underway in the Lee Wharf area.
The grouting project, being funded by the Hunter Development Corporation, will prepare nearby land, particularly 18 Honeysuckle Drive, for development.
Development Approval was granted this week for the Doma Group's $38 million residential and commercial development next to the NIB building and construction is expected to commence soon.
The Doma Group is this week setting up site sheds near the site in preparation for the commencement of construction.
